All our rooms feature some of the most comfortable beds and bedding, and plush towels you’ll likely encounter at any lodging establishment. Pick how many beds you need and whether you want an upgraded 1960s immersion experience from the era when Roadrunner Lodge Motel was built, or just enough mid-century inspiration to pull you back to Route 66’s glory days and the road trip was born. A select few of our rooms are dog friendly. Be sure to select a room clearly listed as “dog friendly” when traveling with your pups.
Sleeps up to two adults plus one child 12 or younger. Appointed in upgraded style, make your trip to the past even more immersive with toys and games from the era. Some rooms feature Polynesian tiki décor to die for, and some have operational coin-operated Magic Fingers Vibrating Bed Massager™ units or other unique features you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
Sleep up to two adults plus one child 12 or younger. Even our most basic rooms are filled with Danish Modernism inspired style. Some rooms feature genuine antique Gunlocke chairs and other mid-century themed furnishings. Some of these rooms are first-floor dog-friendly.
Sleep up to four adults plus one child 12 or younger. Similar to our single bed rooms, our rooms with two queen beds are filled with Danish Modernism inspired style and mid-century furnishings. Some rooms have a convenient stool so little ones can reach the sink. We have only one double queen room available as a dog friendly room.
Sleep up to two adults and one child 12 or younger. Like all our other rooms, our Single Queen rooms ooze mid-century. Some of these rooms feature graphic murals painted by artists during our art residency programs. You might find your room has a tiki design mural or a googie architecture inspired mural or some other theme altogether.
