Housekeeping and Laundry Attendants I

Job duties include:
- Pulling linens and towels for rooms
- Stripping beds
- Making beds
- Cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping guest rooms and bathrooms
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Restocking supplies
- Sorting laundry
- Washing, drying, folding laundry
- Stocking laundry items
- Other tasks as assigned
This position requires carrying loads of up to 50 lbs. up and down stairs. Roadrunner Lodge Motel has exterior doors and our employees work in all weather conditions.
Start at $13/hr. +$1/hr after 90 days. Seasonal bonus during the peak tourism season.
General Maintenance I
Job duties include:
- Complete work order requests in a timely manner
- Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
- Use tools appropriately and according to manufacturer’s design
- Inspect public areas during each shift for issues, document, and resolve
- Anticipate maintenance concerns and take action to prevent major maintenance issues
- Perform duties of a groundskeeper as needed
- After hours on-call availability if an urgent issue arises
- Provide maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas, administrative offices, and onsite manager’s quarters
- Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, plastering, machine servicing, wall and wall cover repairs, light carpentry and concrete work, roof, door and window repairs
- Follow the Preventative Maintenance Program and keep updated records on file
- Other tasks as assigned
